Consultation Fees: Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided. The fee covers the time and expertise provided during the consultation session.
Design Services: Deposits or payments made for design services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes preliminary sketches, concept designs, 3D renderings, and detailed plans created for your project.
Service Completion: Refunds for completed services may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and client satisfaction. Any refund considerations will be assessed at the discretion of Luis Ramos PRO.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service before work begins, you may be eligible for a refund minus any costs incurred by Luis Ramos PRO up to the cancellation date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Luis Ramos PRO.
